Divergent (2014) is a futuristic film. It is set in a dysotopia kind of society. In the near future, our world is divided in 5 sects. Each will represent one virtue and the teenagers can switch their virtue or live life as they are living in their current one. Tris is a teenager with her perfect group of people. She makes the choice to switch the virtue along with her group. What follows is a series of psychological and physical examinations that might help her in adapting. Tris works hard to fit into the current society of hers but has a secret. She actually is a divergent and can’t fit into any society she chooses. This would mean death to her if the secret is found out. Soon conflicts begin to take place which put her identity at risk. This secret will either destroy her identity or save her people. What does she do?
